Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 7 business days within Australia. All orders will be shipped at the quoted amount and quotes are valid for 3 days due to the fuel excise.

Expedited Shipping:
If a client needs their order sooner, they can contact us at info@trackoz4x4.com to get a quote for express shipping. This option is perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.

In-Store Pickup:
For clients who live near our store location, we offer an in-store pickup option. Simply place your order online and choose the in-store pickup option at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up at our store via appointment.

Rooftop Tent Shipping:
Our rooftop tents are larger and heavier than our other products, so we offer three shipping options for these items. Clients can choose to pick up their rooftop tent from our warehouse, have it shipped to a commercial address that has a forklift for offloading, or collect it from a freight depot. Please note that if you choose to have your rooftop tent shipped to a commercial address or freight depot, it is the recipient's responsibility to offload the item at the depot and dispose of any pallets and rubbish.
