Where is TrackOz 4x4 based?
We're proudly Australian-owned and based in Beerwah, on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. All of our products are shipped from here to customers right across Australia.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
YES, Please call to schedule a viewing in our warehouse.
🛒 ORDERING & SHIPPING
How is shipping calculated?
We don’t offer a flat rate — our shipping costs are calculated daily, based on your location, item size, and current freight rates. Accurate shipping is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

QLD/NSW metro: 2–5 business days

Other states or rural areas: 5–10 business days
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Pickup is available by appointment from our Beerwah warehouse. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange collection.
⛺ PRODUCT QUESTIONS
What’s the difference between the T02, T03, and T04 tents?
The only difference between T02, T03, and T04 is the number of support poles. All other features — size, fabric, build — are the same.
How is the T05 different?
The T05 is a completely different design. It features a high-standing roof, making it ideal for campers who want extra internal headroom and easier movement inside the tent.
Are your tents waterproof and durable?
Absolutely. All our tents and awnings are made from high-grade waterproof canvas and built to withstand tough Aussie conditions — from beach winds to red dirt roads.
💳 PAYMENTS & WARRANTY
Do you offer payment plans or deposits?
Yes! We offer deposit options for pre-orders, as well as flexible payment methods like card, PayPal, and Afterpay at checkout.
Is GST included in your prices?
Yes, all prices listed include GST.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All TrackOz tents and awnings come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Bent Poles
You need Bent Poles if you are going to attach your awning directly to your rooftop tent, these allow you to not obstruct your awning and allow proper positioning.
🧾 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@trackoz4x4.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Where do I send returns?
We'll provide the return address once your return request is approved.
Can I return a sale item or gift card?
No — sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
What items can’t be returned?
We can’t accept returns on:

Perishables (e.g. food, plants)

Custom or personalised items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Opened personal care products

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your item on arrival. If it's damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with photos so we can sort it out quickly.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process it
